Orders placed on the wholesale portal ship with whatever your next club package is. If you make a purchase before/after a club mailing they will be added to the upcoming package.

How does it work? You automatically get 1 subscriber tee when you join the club. You may not get it with the first package but you’ll get it with your subscription.

You don’t get a subscriber tee every time you renew (that would mean we’d need to make a new design for every 10 titles we put out!) but we make a new design annually around the end of each year. If you’ve renewed and you’re an active member when this tee shirt drops you’ll automatically get it.

If your shirt size changes from when you joined please email chloe@graveface.com directly to change your shirt size.

Short answer, no you can’t skip releases. You can choose what you want to start with when you join but once it starts you can’t skip releases.

No they are not and you can’t swap out a TV title for one of our distributed titles in your subscription but they are available at a discount on the wholesale portal https://www.terror-vision.com/wholesale password: TVSUB

We keep track of how many titles you’ve received and what is remaining. You will be sent a renewal reminder when you’re on your second and/or last release and a final notice when you’ve lapsed. I’m sorry to hear that. We inspect our releases for cosmetic imperfections prior to packing them up. As of now, we can’t fully replace items that have cosmetic imperfections that don’t affect how the media plays.

Once a processed order is picked up by USPS or UPS and leaves our facility, it is out of our hands and we have ZERO control over how fast or slow your package travels to its final destination. It is your responsibility to take your tracking number to your local Post Office or UPS store and inquire with them about your delayed/potentially lost package first. A helpful tool is to ask them to check the GPS coordinates of your package to see where it went.

We will be happy to step in and resolve this issue once the tracking of your package has shown over two weeks of inactivity (or 45 days of inactivity for International orders).

If you think your delivered package was stolen, you are responsible for paying postage and insurance for any replacement packages and must provide proof of a police report filed on the missing mail if there were over $100 worth of products in the package. Note we can not fully replace distributed titles, you will be responsible for partial payment of any replacement of a distributed title (Mystic Vault, Culture Shock, etc).

If USPS marked your package as “DELIVERED” yet you are unable to find it, contact them immediately to report this. You can find your local post office phone number at this link or drop by in person. Usually, USPS can retrieve misdelivered packages if that’s the problem. Ask them to check the GPS coordinates of your package to see where it went may help. Check with your immediate neighbors, and check security/Ring camera footage if possible to see what happened.

Please allow up to a week for USPS to resolve the matter. If a week has gone by and there is still no sign of your “DELIVERED” order, we will initiate a replacement. You will be charged for shipping plus insurance and/or adult signature confirmation for the replacement order.

Short answer is yes we now offer Afterpay sitewide for renewals and joining the club.

If Afterpay is not possible, we may be able to send you an invoice for your renewal via Paypal invoicing. Doing it this way will add a 4-5% fee which is added to the total amount on the invoice.

You can decide how frequently you send payments and the amount you pay each time though. Paypal keeps a running total of what you've put down on the invoice so it's easy to keep track of. Please look at the rest of our rules:

• Your renewal will begin when the first payment is made.

• You must pay your full invoice before your final release is sent.

• You're responsible for keeping up with the payments (we’re unable to send automatic reminders)

• For the Blu-ray club, we can only do paypal invoice payment plans for the 10 title tier.
