TV Video Rental Membership
Since the end of the first Terror Vision video rental store pop-up (April-October 2025, right next door to the Music Box Theatre), Terror Vision now has two new video rental pop-up location in Chicago!
Graveface Museum Chicago - 1829 N Milwaukee Ave
This location (Bucktown) is filled to the brim, with video rentals and while you’re there, shop the selection of boutique Blu-rays, vinyl soundtracks, books pertaining to film/horror, and other collectibles.
The Davis Theater - 4614 N Lincoln Ave
The video rental collection extends to the Davis Theater (Ravenswood); and the available stock to rent at this location fills the walls of the bar/lounge at the Davis.

Rental memberships will include:
Up to 3 rentals at a time per active member.
Access to various formats (VHS, Blu-ray, DVD).
A wide selection of rare and obscure films of all genres.
No late fees!

Graveface has an after-hours mail slot/video drop-off accessible 24h. Please return rentals to the Davis directly to an associate at consessions during business hours.

Either works; however please note all signups must go through our website on this page. If you don’t have access to a mobile device that can connect to 4G/5G on the go, we recommend signing up ahead of time at your convenience.
All memberships will be finalized by signing a rental agreement in person before you leave with any rental titles. If you sign up at home, please select the location you intend to rent from at checkout.

When you sign up you create an account through which you can end your subscription anytime.
You’re considered an active member every month that you’re membership fees are paid. Active membership benefits end once you end the subscription, and all outstanding rentals must be returned within 30 days.

VHS, Blu-ray, and DVDs will be available to rent AND some will be available to purchase.
We offer a diverse range of films to rent spanning all genres with an emphasis on oddball, cult, horror, foreign, arthouse, and indie cinema.

When you sign up you create an account through which you can end your subscription anytime:
Log in > click “Account” > on the sidebar/page that appears click “Manage My Subscription” > click the bold red text that says “Cancel Subscription” > Confirm your selection.
We can not cancel your subscription or access your account on your behalf.
All outstanding rentals must be returned within 30 days once your membership is inactive.

Please read the terms and conditions before signing up. You will be asked if you have read and agree to these terms before you can begin renting.

Renter must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to rent videos.
A valid government-issued ID and a credit/debit card on file are required to establish an account.
Memberships are non-transferable.

Each month of active membership includes unlimited rentals. Renters may have up to 3 outstanding (rented) titles at a time.
Active members won’t be charged late fees; however, rentals will be considered lost/stolen if not returned within 30 days of the renter’s status becoming inactive (ending their subscription). Renter will be charged for the full retail value of any lost/stolen title.
Renter is responsible for checking the condition of rentals upon receipt and must report any defects immediately (within 24 hours to terrorvisionvids@gmail.com). Failure to report defects or damage affecting the playability of the title may result in the renter assuming full responsibility for the replacement of the damaged title.
Lost, stolen, or damaged videos must be replaced at full retail price; the value of the lost, stolen, or damaged titles may be charged to your card on file. Prices vary per title and per format.

Renter agrees to handle all media with care and return items in their original condition. DVDs, Blu-rays, and VHS tapes must not be exposed to extreme heat, moisture, or magnetic fields.
Rented titles must remain in the possession of the renter/active member only.
Unauthorized copying, distribution, or resale of rental media is strictly prohibited.

Terror Vision Records & Video is not liable for any damage to the Renter’s equipment resulting from rented media. Renter agrees to indemnify and hold the Store harmless from any claims arising out of rental use.

Terror Vision Records & Video reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and revoke rental privileges due to non-compliance with terms or fraudulent activity.
