Patchwork: UHD test disc approved 2 days ago. BD test disc rejected. Simple fix and we’ll get a new BD test disc soon. Packaging in motion.
Silent Night Deadly Night 3XLP: FINALLY have tracking on the triple gatefold packaging and it lands at my pressing plant on Weds the 4th. The records have been pressed for like 60 days or something so once the packaging lands, our assembly team will assemble and shrinkwrap and we’ll ship immediately.
Slashers LP: Microforum keeps pushing it back week to week but assures me the packaging will ship to us on Monday the 2nd. The records have been pressed for weeks so just needs assembly once the jackets land.
In the Mouth of Madness: Entering the 10th business day of these shipping. It’s a LONG process but many of you should have tracking by now. There’s still a mountain to get through but we’re making progress. I appreciate your patience with it.
Shoestring Slashers Vol 1 (standard edition): these landed last week and most have shipped
90s Nightmares and Shoestring 2: glass masters for both have been made and proofs are approved. They should be finished sometime in March.
Happy Hell Night: packaging proofs approved and packaging in motion. Waiting for test discs. Should ship to us in March.
Boggy Creek CDs/bundle: As of 2/26, we’re pretty close to wrapped on this title
All the VHS (Thanksgiving, Boggy, Paramount titles): landed last week. Most are shipped already. Anything lingering is probably a multi-order situation and we’ll get to them soon.
Hide and Go Shriek and Student Bodies: both are in the same place with a different problem. Packaging has been in hand for literally months, and with HAGs the BD is good and the UHD is bunk and on Student Bodies the opposite. We’re requiring new test discs and are awaiting those. Thank GOODNESS we’re doing test discs now as both would’ve required a replacement program. So yes, taking longer this way but at least no replacement program.
Gator Bait 1 & 2: GB1 has been done and authored for a few weeks. GB2 we have some exciting updates. During us acquiring several reels of some OTHER films, we uncovered some footage recently that had some snippets and trims from GB2. This footage has only been available from an Italian VHS and never made it stateside even with the DVD that the Sebastian’s released. This includes more violence, nudity, and a few extended shots that were never released in the U.S. We were able to scan those elements and re-introduce them into our version. Sorry for being a little silent on these details but we have to make sure everything is foolproof before we give details on something so significant for the release. UHD is incredibly complicated when using source material that isn’t film and in this case we have BETA SP, VHS, DVD, Laserdisc, and using our IN and IP of Gator Bait II.
So much work went into this release from so many parties; we are very grateful for all the teamwork. Couldn’t have done it without all our peers to present something like that. Truly monumental.
Special thanks to; Jaime Busby, Danny Nguyen, and The Gotham Photochemical Team. Big thanks to Michael D’Angelo and his team at Paramount. Thank you to Todd Weiner, Steven Hill, and Staci Hogsett at UCLA. Huge shoutout to Michael Keene. Thank you to the Sebastian Family and to everyone else that was involved with this project to start to finish.
When will Gator Bait finish and ship? Hoping for late March/early April but don’t quote me on that till we get GB2 authored. The good news is, the finish line is near, and it’s a better release than we even thought possible with the additional material we found. THANKYOU for your extreme patience with this title. You have no idea how much we appreciate it.
